Questvalley's total liability under these Terms is capped at what you actually paid us, or around $100 if you haven't made a purchase. To the fullest extent the law allows, Questvalley and our suppliers won't be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. That includes loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy, even if we told you these damages were possible.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects, no warranty included. Questvalley disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent the law allows. That covers express, implied, statutory, or other warranties like merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without its conflict of law rules. You may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. If you have issues or disputes about the Service, you agree to try informal resolution first by contacting Questvalley.

Compliance & Regulations

If you're in the European Union (EU): You get the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections under your country's law. In the United States: You're confirming that (i) you're not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you're not on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision gets modified to work under applicable law, and the rest stays in effect. If either of us doesn't enforce a right or requirement under these Terms, that doesn't mean we can't enforce it later. Letting one breach slide doesn't mean we'll accept future ones.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated. The original English version controls if there's a dispute. We can change these Terms whenever we want. If the changes are significant, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. Keep using the Service after the update and you're accepting the new terms.
